For everyone asking: This event happened the day before Burning Crusade, just as a nice little bonus thing, similar how to the day before WotLK came out, Frost Wryms and Stitched Horrors attacked Stormwind and Orgrimmar.
It no longer happens obviously, and this was not on a private server Or an admin summon, as so many comments suggest.

I remember this TBC event back in my server, He attacked orgrimmar, Eventually, the 2 best Horde Guilds decided to put a stop to it and killed him... The whole floor was white of bones XD

yes its because after some patches blizzard got alot of mails of people saying it was annoying cuz they never got to do their quests without a dragon killing them thousand times.

@nikaroo92 it was for the release of TBC n world bosses got removed like the dragons bc they didnt fit into the lore anymore else u coud kite them now we got somethign else to kite A DAMNED HUGE WHALE WITH 54MILLION HP CRITTING FOR 194K!!!!!!!!!!!! oh god were dead N THTS JUST IN VASJ!

it was right before TBC. he went to supreme mode. and rolled everyone even the GM's haha. they shut Ursin down for about an hour and took it out haha.
