By far, the Blues have the best post-goal celebration of any NHL team: the boat horn, the organ playing "Blues Go Marching In," the organ riffs after announcing the scorers, and the bell clangs.
So much goes into it, but it's not at all over the top and just works perfectly. Beauty.
