Very simple visual explanation of how to kite-tank the bone constructs in Blackwing Descent's 10-man normal Nefarian encounter. Essentially the point of the kite tank is to slowly keep moving the constructs in a circle around the perimeter of the room, which controls where Nefarian spreads his shadowflame and helps keep this fire out of the raid in the center of the room. When done correctly, this job can be executed INDEFINITELY, preventing multiple crackle pushes in phase 1 and relieving stress on your healers.

TIPS: You'll notice in the video that I use the BigWigs raid timers addon to track the shadowflame cooldown, which I've adjusted to alert me of the next shadowflame cast with a small timer, a growing timer, a countdown from 5 seconds, a pulsing blue aura, and even an audio to the countdown (so there's no way on this earth or another that I could miss it). You'll notice that I slowly backpedal to keep the constructs safely away from growing fire patches, and when my shadowflame timer reaches ~3 seconds, I actually strafe away. Over time I found this to be the most reliable method in making sure that none of the constructs clipped the shadowflame. Even one add resetting its energy level can be bad news bears, giving the construct more time to stack its buff and creating staggered resets (which means you'll probably end up having to make one of your dps drag the construct over to you and taunt it off). Also be aware that the shadowflame CD speeds up over time until it reaches a 10 second cap, at which point slows and stuns to reduce damage taken will be a terrible idea as you're trying to move them quickly out of where fire is coming.

NOTE: You may notice at some point I let the constructs dip in a shadowflame. The purpose for doing this was to have all the constructs resetting around the exact same time, thus keeping the reset piles cleaner and easier to pick up. Under usual circumstances, the original pile should be clean enough that the first shadowflame tick pops all of them up at once; in this particular attempt, however, the original pile was a tad messy, and I decided to reset them all back to 100 ONLY because 1) they were all at relatively high energy amounts to begin with and 2) because at this point, we out-gear the encounter.
