  • I opened an old atari 2600 game a few years back & immediately had flashbacks of My child hood. The feel of the cellophane popping open & that slight bit of resistance as You removed the plastic. Then the smell of the box & that ever so slight gritty feel of the print on the cardboard. And the feel of the lid as You popped the top open & pulled out the game. The smell of the new plastic & finally !! the moment You popped it into the atari. :D Ahh childhood !

  • During the big game crash in the 80's these games were selling for 10 cents a peace in some places. You could get pallets of them for 20 bucks. Maybe He bought a few loads of them up back in the day knowing that one day they would turn him a nice profit.

  • why would anyone just throw this computer away ? 0_o

  • I've sometimes wondered what I'd be doing if I lived in the 1980s. What my hobbies would be. It's so easy to interact with other people through games because of all their online capabilities. What really would've gotten me excited is if I went to like a LAN party in the 1980s where people played like pacman on Apple 2s in a little circle, just for fun to see who could get the highest score. What's so awesome about it is that not a lot of people got to do that kind of thing then like they do now

  • some type of disks may deteriorate over time, no wonder if Battlezone did not work

  • oh man, this was my first computer when i was a kid. everything started with ths system. but i only had an normal little cassette-player to save and play games :-) thx for this vid !!!

  • jajaj buenisimo video !

  • Thank you for making this! And thanks for savoring the unwrapping of each new game :)
