  • ALL of THE MIRACLES deserve credit ....not just Smokey . They are a magnificent group...one of the best there EVER WAS...or ever will be!!!

SMOKEY ROBINSON, CLAUDETTE ROBINSON, BOBBY ROGERS, PETE MOORE, RONNIE WHITE, and MARV TARPLIN. They were A major influence on ALL of the BRITISH INVASION groups ,who covered many of THE MIRACLES' tunes.

On this song, The Miracles decided to return the favor. The Beatles covered the Miracles' million-selling hit "YOU'VE REALLY GOT A HOLD ON ME".

  • first heard this to night, what magical this man unbeivable, just sheer magic, Oh God! this man, thier no words what a voice what a song. YES, HE IS THE BLACK GOD FATHER ALL THE MUSIC. • Beautiful! I really prefer it to The Beatles' original... or is that sacrilege?

  • smokey did 4 Beatles covers like yesterday, hey jude, something and i love her. smokey and the Miracles return the Beatles a favor smokey 's song yesterlove was inspired by the Beatles song yesterday because the Beatles did his version of You've Really Goty A Hold on Me and the Beatles song All Ive Got to Do was inspired by Smokey's song You Can Depend on Me

  • @formyearsonly This song was originally recorded on the album , "What Love Has Joined Together" back in the 70's.......

  • Smokey stopped by Daryl Hall's house last year, chronicled on his website (LFDH.com) as Episode #22. Fantastic show with Smokey and the greatest in "blue-eyed soul, Daryl Hall. Hope you enjoy it! Some of Smokey's classics featured in Daryl's studio and priceless others.
