bad footwork, as obviously stated before.... keep doin' it and you're gonna mess up your shoulder.... it's taking a huge load to compensate for the wrong rotation of your upper body. diagnosis: lousy trainers when you started playing volleybal....

You're goofy footed!!! Doesn't matter how many steps your approach is...it should always end left-right-left. You might want to get used to hitting rightside with that footwork.
