This is an exclusive tubing experience that occurs on private lands that have never before been open to the public. Theres something for everyone and every fitness level! Traverse an old sugar cane plantation into Kauais pristine interior and enjoy breathtaking vistas and spectacular scenery. Grab a tube, don a headlamp, and jump in for a leisurely cruise. Witness Kauais spectacular engineering feats as you float down the tropical waterway consisting of open ditches, tunnels and flumes all of which were engineered and hand dug circa 1870. • I went on this tour for my birthday yesterday, May 5th, 2011! Go on this tour and have fun like I did! Thanks Backcountry Adventures for a great birthday party!

  • i recently just went to this tour..

    in sept.

hopefully i can go back to kauai

    and go zipping.

  • The water was somewhat cool at first. It only took a few minutes to get used to it. The air temp was around the low to mid 80's I believe. It was kinda cloudy that day so it seemed a little cooler. Once we got into it we forgot all about being cold.

  • was the water cold in May?

what was the outside air temp when you were there?

  • I just got back to Georgia from Hawaii this morning. My wife and I went tubing and totally enjoyed ourselves. We were even called "honey-tubers" because it was our official honeymoon. Try it if you go...

  • I did that last month. My 68 y.o. father had a better time than I did. haha
