For the ultimate power breakfast, nothing beats a good old fashioned Russian Breakfast Burrito! It consist of slightly cooked turnips, broccoli, & onions. With well cooked refried beans, scrambled eggs, & cheese. Use garlic & radish slivers instead of hot sauce. (Add sardines for a Mediterranean style.). All wrapped up in a tortillo. Wash it down with coffee. or have it in the afternoon & wash it down with beer.

the only thing that low fat penut butter does is replace the healthy fats with sugar and carbs
