  • For the ultimate power breakfast, nothing beats a good old fashioned Russian Breakfast Burrito! It consist of slightly cooked turnips, broccoli, & onions. With well cooked refried beans, scrambled eggs, & cheese. Use garlic & radish slivers instead of hot sauce. (Add sardines for a Mediterranean style.). All wrapped up in a tortillo. Wash it down with coffee. or have it in the afternoon & wash it down with beer.

  • kashi go lean oatmeal, add cinamin plus blueberries, spoon full of whey and your good to go.

  • the only thing that low fat penut butter does is replace the healthy fats with sugar and carbs

  • What do you think about oakmeal flaxseed protien and water. Put in blender and drink

  • Is this a post or pre workout meal? I ate it this morning before football training and threw up like I had the flu.

  • @magnumluis89 you should be taking protein EVERYDAY, INCLUDING cardio days.

  • @magnumluis89 taking protein when doing cardio workouts is very important
