Amoeba records (google it) is a fantastic store front to still buy a metric shit ton of great hip hop on vinyl including just about all new releases. Also there still exists record clubs and tons of resources to buy vinyl.

I could have sworn I answered this but now I don't see it. I'm using 1200s as the turntables and an 07 pro for a mixer. A stereo is hooked up to the 07. That's really it besides the needles and the records.

hey i got a question. do ur hands ever slip on the record? cuz sometimes it feels like i have to use the edge of the record because i lose grip when i scratch with my hand on the middle of the record. sometimes i want to like wet my hands or something

Every turntablist wets their hands with something, keep a semi-wet towel next to you. There's other tricks too, to help with skipping so you can get super fast stabs and shit off without it skipping. Qbert had a good protip video but you can find all those on your own.
