This is the same pink snapper we catch in Hawaii - we call the opakapaka. I'm having some for lunch right now! I'm moving to Ilo Ilo next year - this video gives me new hope!

Yummy fish. Still lots of fish here in some areas. Just find the local fishermen and bring safety gear. I believe there is a group of active anglers in Iloilo. Join pinoy anglers group. Am sure you will find more guys like us there. Cheers!
