Looks good, but I'm curious why you didn't take the center part out of the cabbage? That part is too tough to eat. Is it because it holds all the leaves of cabbage together while cooking or could you just cut the center out?

Been a while since I had nilagang manok. . Sarap talaga kahit na simple soup .

sorry, but i dont like cabbage in my nilangang manok, i prefer the bok choy cabbage. but honestly speaking your cooking is super fantastic!!!!

Hmmmmm that looks very jummy Sydney....who`s that beautiful singer? By the way...you can wake me up in the middle of the night for a good soup like that...As a chef you`re the captain of your ship called kitchen....still enjoying the music beside your chickensoup with vegies....
