PSU Student Affairs Vets Video

PSU Student Affairs thought that a video like this would go unnoticed, but that just couldn't happen. PSU attempts to how how to manage a student vet in class, but what I would like to pose to you is what if the vet was not white, but Black, Hispanic, Gay, or Muslim, etc. Would this video be offensive to you then?

You're presuming that the person who is making the video actually understands the reality behind the fictional story they are telling. In this case, I don't believe they know it, and are carrying their bias of what they think they know about veterans and the military into their film. It happened to the Vietnam veterans, and is happening again now.
