Sleekcraft Ambasador 25ft Jetboat

25ft Ambasador got it for a project. It has the 455 olds but I got a Blue Oval 460 sitting in my garage waiting to be installed. Took out the interior, it wasn't too bad but bad enough. I wanted to Change the sitting arrangement anyways. Stay posted on my progress!!

LOL, yeah for sure. I intend to dump the jacuzzi; I already got a berk with a 2 piece bowl. I'll need to get a place diverter for qwik, especially for a boat that size. I also got a droop snoot i'll see how well that adds to performace. As for the motor i'm a blue oval nut, so I'll be going with a 460 that I have thats punched .30 over hope that get the beast moving. Hey, by the way what do you think of the idea of making it into a bowrider??? Just throwing that out there!!!

In matter of fact, the windscreen that you see on the video is for sale. I just haven't posted that little fact! The bow rail will be for sale as will the side windows! Everything is in very good condition.

It's been coming along a little slow! Right now I'm gathering parts and different things I'm gonna need. I'll try to get something posted soon!! I'm kinda in a quandary though, I like the daycruiser thing but I'd like to have an open bow mid-cabin! What do you think? I can hear it right now from the hardcore sleekcraft crowd!

OhOneWS6 gave greta info. jet boat performance is a great place also, and so is place diverter.com, they will work with you on price and help you out. I say tear that whole jet out and buy a new berkeley. they are really dependable. paerts are easy to find and at a better price. and about the 455 you pulled out, dont you dare put that back in the boat. junk that shit, and get a real mountain motor (454, 468, 496 chevy big block) 455 is a weak non dependable motor. trust me on this.

Buy does that look familiar. That is definitely a Jacuzzi YJ with the AT energizer kit. You should sign up over at PerformanceBoats There is a pretty good jet section over there.
