Lucic Told Not to Fight Laraque

There seems to be this common misconception that Milan Lucic was, "afraid", to fight Georges Laraque of the Montreal Canadians. While I'm not going to say that Lucic would have beaten Laraque or any of that, I am going to say that anyone who actually believes that is out of his or her mind. Lucic has fought some of the toughest guys in the league including Colton Orr, Jared Boll and Chris Neil among many others. Why on earth would he, by any stretch of the imagination, be afraid of Georges Laraque? Lucic was ordered not to fight by his coaching staff. While many argue that he should have gone anyway, Lucic was in his second year. He wasn't a veteran who can take liberties and go against a coach's orders. Don't believe me?
