I don't think it would be the worst. in fact, I think aaron is so good at getting to the core of dark, abstract, and morbid emotions we all feel, and if anything, I find it very therapeutic during depressing times because it so helps me relate to his expression and how it helps me see the world.

agreed with boardsdecanada. VS`s music helped me to take out my dark feelings out of me at harsh times. it feels like someone knows how you feel at those times. sometimes, crying is better than keeping them inside you and this kind of music helps.

anyway, omg, this song is so complex and interesting... i love how VS can make both trippy music (as pwntendo, speedranc fire bits, eurocore MVP and many many more) and touching ones oo (like this one, gloomy sunday etc)

I'm not sure I would call this song complex. His other work is complex. what i love about his ambient stuff is it isn't complex, often repetitive with only a few sound layers, really good mastering and effects usage, but what is complex is the feelings he evokes. My favorite track of his actually is I think the 2nd track on higgins, it's so chill, but the more and more i play it over again and the more it draws something out of me. although most of his music does that :) I did a video to that

My God... this album is just...

I don't know. It's impacted my musical outlook and my general outlook on EVERYTHING so much.

I absolutely love this man for what he does. Because most people would scoff at his art and say, "It's just a bunch of noise!" But it's way more than that to his fans. Way more. Especially this newer album. I wish the world had more music like this. I really do.

Am I the only person that gets a sense of peace from this? Everytime I hear it I makes me feel like I'm asleep in a glass ball. A calming quiet and indifference to the world around me but that peace is so fragile, and delicate. Its a treasure but once its over I question if its a curse as well, is that indifference or apathy? Am I at one with everything or so disconnected that I just don't care. All these unanswered questions, and then it just fades out in to real life.
