4G network test: Verizon 4G LTE vs Sprint 4G Wimax vs T-Mobile 4G HSPA+

The geeks here run a comparison of the 4G data speeds! We compare T-Mobile 4G over HSPA+, Spring 4G over Wimax, and Verizon 4G over LTE. The phones used in the video are the T-Mobile G2, Sprint Samsung Epic 4G and the Verizon HTC Thunderbolt. We are running the test from Walnut, California. We observed the same incredible speeds over Verizon LTE that we have been seeing in prior tests. T-mobile and Sprint's 4G networks performed admirably, pulling down about 3-4 mbps. It was no match for Verizon LTE, as the Thunderbolt pulled down 9mbps, and averaged over 10mbps down. Only time will tell to see if these speeds hold up once more users start using Verizon's LTE network

well this is a very inaccruate test. 3 diff technologies on 3 diff phones. lol. besides all 4g is not even CLOSE to being "true". fuck my 3g is as fast as your verizon "4g". 22mgps!!! are you joking! its supposed to be 1Gbps when stationary, and at least a 100mgps when not. and sadly those speeds wont be here untill late 2013 or 2014 which is ridiculous because were being told that our droids razrs are running 4g and its just not true. its a upgraded 3g at best.
