Unannounced Construction Work at The Warwick on OurHoneymoon

WARNING
This is our second night at The Warwick Hotel Resort on Fiji's main Isaland. We were not told this work was going to happen, nor did our travel agent know as the hotel only told agents the day the work began, and we were already there.

Warning; expect construction noise on your holiday (it was our honeymoon) stays at The Warwick because they give no notice. We endured sawing through stone, banging, smashing, etc.from 7am until 8.30pm for five nights out of our 6 night stay. All outside our hotel room. Also, they are most unlikely to compensate you fairly if this happens. We've been offered 3 nights of which we'd have to spend money on fares to get there again, etc. etc.
