@Fierag exactly. DOT requires a crash test safety rating.
-
@SirRobbins Well according to the USVRS, R32 and R34 skylines dont meet DOT regulations(doesnt mean you cant have one here). But thats according to the United states, not some youtube comment. Peace
-
@Fierag skylines were illegal because they were never crash tested and have no safety rating. it had nothing to do with emissions

@stigger91 my video wasnt great but it will do. theres alot of vids of that car on here already. next time i should just slap my go pro on the side of the car and find it later

@DoctaM3 Thanks for watching! This was the first time I saw one in person. I couldn't take my eyes off the thing! It's a bit too quiet though thanks to those EU emissions regulations. It must be awesome as hell to own one though ;)

@stigger91 haha EU emissions standards?, you do know that americas are much higher, hence why skylines were illegal in america.

@Fierag America's are bad too, I know, but it was a European city-driving noise regulation that made the Aventador so quiet. When you try to rev an Aventador the valves in the exhaust stay closed, and last I checked that was because of that EU regulation.
