Drunken Hearted Man: "depressing even for the blues" guitar

I rolled out of bed this morning in a really bad mood, so I picked up my guitar and laid this R&B-tinged Robert Johnson cover down on the first take. I don't know if I felt better or worse after doing this.

Not much to look at here, but my favorite take of the couple of times I ran through this old Robert Johnson tune.

By the way, I play in open G tuning, that's how I was able to rub my eyes with my left hand in the middle of the song without stopping playing. Open G tuning is an excellent tuning for people whose eyes itch in the morning or when they play the blues.

There are many 'non white Europeans' playing classical music of BACH, BEETHOVEN, MOZART etc to a very high level(The lead violinist at the London Opera House was for many years a black guy). Does anyone ever tell them to leave this music for whites? NO! And if they did they should be treated with the contempt you deserve.
