Members of the MySport Wellness Team demonstrate how to perform exercises of varying difficulty
Stand in an upright position with feet shoulder width apart and knees slightly bent.
Start position: Hold dumbbells at chest level with an overhand grip (palms facing forward).
Dip at knees and then explosively extend knees whilst simultaneously pressing hands up above head keeping wrists over elbows and arms moving parallel to body at all times.
Return to start position,pause and repeat for the prescribed number of repetitions.
Keep back and head straight in a neutral position (in line with spine).
