  • This is the tool to have. It’s a simple, durable and compact design makes it very easy to use. I'm always impressed by it. Measure and mark your sheet the thing clips directly on the mark, your string won’t fall or b away from the material, not like using a nail, very accurate and works right every time. It’s like having the right tool for the job. Anybody know what that’s like? What a great tool for the do-it-your-self-er or for any carpenter. Well worth the money!!! Exceptional quality!!!

  • @willscratch1 thanks for the great feedback,

  • Customer with no you-tube acct asked me to post this for him,I am a builder and framing contractor. I is not very often that an inexpensive product comes along that actually makes life easier and quicker. I have also started using it in my metal work also. After using it myself I showed it to one of the old timers on my crew and I have to continuously steal it back from him. Doug Lough, Lough const.

  • I just bought 2 of these. These clamps works just like the video says, Clamp snap move on. I would recommend this tool to anyone who uses a chalk line. I am going to see if my lumber yard will start selling them Great job V Line.

  • @3066red Thanks , I was working on an extreme makeover house and over 20% of the carpenter's had them in their bag's , Some I sold to them and others A truss company bought from me and gave them to their best customer's, they put their logo on the handle's , better than pencil's cause pencils they sharpen and throw on the ground when done, Tell your local truss Companies,

  • I love this tool. I made a page on my website, just to display it! See it on the "Tools of the Trade" page at wwwMySundanceRoofingCom.

  • ALSO the new chalk lines have Teeth that you can poke into the edge of the plywood so it dosent slip.

  • just wish it was metal, plastic should be illegal, guess metals to expensive these days ?

  • A must have tool for anyone who's in the building game-no matter what trade.Speedy delivery from the U.S to the U.K.

  • @phartattack I forgot to mention.... You stillhave to go back to the clip to remove it. you cant just whip it off like the clip on the chalk line or shake it loose like the tape measure. It does look handy though.

  • @akdude182 He's not selling the CHALK LINE he's selling the CLIP! and I use a large metal clip but it doesnt have the special holes for the tape measure. I just clip my line on one mark and pull the chalk line to the other mark.
