Terraria - The Twins solo

Finally took out the Twins. The Crystal Storm spam doesn't stop, so the pew pew sound persists throughout the video. I haven't taken out the destroyer or Skeletron Prime, so I wasn't using anything you can get from them.

In case the text is unreadable, it took 36 greater mana potions (and a lot of bad aiming) to down these guys. Wearing 3 pieces of adamantite caster armor. I used ironskin, gravity, regeneration, and magic power potions. Forgot the soup. Actually ended up with more greater healing potions than I started with.

Damn, that looks way easier than the way I did it.

A bit of advice regarding your wooden platform bridge though. If you use Tiki Torches instead of normal torches, you can place them directly on the platforms. Not only does this get rid of the shot-blocking wooden blocks, but it also prevents you from accidentally right clicking your torches and picking them up.

@Foddercat I'm glad if the video helped as far as strategy. I've since stopped running around so much when fighting them. I think it's a lot easier using a gravity potion and staying above or below them. The constant running is only sort of necessary when red laser eye gets pissed off. I don't know why I didn't use tiki torches even with using a wood block every 99 platforms.

destroyer is a joke just like the first worm boss its based on,

you dig a little hole in the ground, summon it, and just hold down

your lightsaber button. (even easier after you kill it once and get excalibur)

i just tried these fucks for the first time today and got owned by

the green breath. i was doing more damage than the guy in the video, though,

with megashark and silver bullets.

I didn't realize mana potions were not on a shared potion cooldown like Healing potions?!

press 'b' to use all buffs.

All you really need for the Twins is Grav Potions and a good weapon like the Megashark. I suggest Crystal Bullets. Using this method, I managed to kill them twice in one night.
