Please ask the authority to heavily FINE people who throw garbage.

this thing is newly built-it looks so dirty. sand and dirt along the walls. looks primitive.. this place needs to be cleaned up, the sandy dirty roads on each side of the river need to be built up and covered with stone tiles, the landscaping need to be impoved. many new world class glassy and gleaming highrises need to come up along both sides of the river - malls,office buildings, restaurants,hotels, security and rescue, sports/recreation facilities, tall sophisticated monuments, gardens
