Good video! I like the recycled bag savings too.
Don't grocery shop on an empty stomach, eat before you go. It saves you putting food into the cart out of hunger.
Sometimes if you ask the fish counter staff for the 'frames of fish' they have left over, they'll give you them for free to make stocks or gumbos.
For Coffee, if you take in a thermal cup that's reuseable, they'll take so much off your cup of coffee. Starbucks do it here in NZ. :)

Well one way to save money on groceries: don't go to Trader Joe's or Whole Foods. They're way overpriced.
