oh my. as a chinese myself, i have never seen a chinese woman flip out quite that much in public, but i'm not surprised. it happens a lot in the private home. :s never piss off a chinese woman.
sound quality's pretty shitty and some things are hard to put in english, but she's basically berating the airline and saying "why are they so stupid and leaving when not everybody's on board" and "they're wrong for leaving, don't they check first" etc.
there's a lot of repeating.
