His induction would forever make the pro football hall of fame a bad joke. Baltimore Ravens have been a winner simply because they're the Cleveland Browns with the label changed. The Browns were always in the playoffs and a consistant winner. They had one of the best win loss percentages of any franchise. From 1950 to 1965 they were in 9 championship games. Those Browns are still winning, winning in Raven uniforms. Irsay gave them what they deserved. Irsay should be in the hall of fame.

Top 5 reasons Modell WILL NEVER GET INTO THE NFL HALL OF FAME

1.he signed for the Cleveland Browns to move to Baltimore and keep their name and colors behind the city of Cleveland's back and changed them big bucks for their name.

2.he gave the city of Cleveland a shitty team with a shitty owner and his idiot son behind their backs.

3.he fired Paul Brown

4.His team has had the REAL Cleveland Browns front office since 1961

5.He screwed the AFC Div's over except 4 the AFC west.

He will forever be CELEBRATED throughout Maryland for bringing the NFL back to Baltimore after the Irsays skipped town with everything but the marching band (Now the Marching Ravens) and ending the monopoly of the Washington Redskins that most Marylanders had to put up with from '84-'95. Also, have you ever watched "Top Five Reason You Can't Blame". It was the then Mayor Michael White's fault that the "Original" Browns left. Finally, someday, Art Modell WILL be in the Hall of Fame.
