Chris Comfort demonstrates two exercises designed to raise lactic acid levels and burn fat. To achieve this objective Chris does squat presses and chin-ups.

  • @teweszilliax The body acumilates lactic acid when there is a higher ratio of hydrogen molecules compared to o2 molecules to react and create h20. So the ph levels drop giving it the acidity. The brain recieves signals saying it needs more o2 to mix with the hydrogen, this will mean a person will start breathing heavier as a cause of this. Meaning a person will burn fat as there under a high oxidative state, mainly though after a workout as there glycogen stores are depleated. Thats how LA helps
