@ShaggyAce OBVIOUSLY this wasnt a metal detector! they werent checking CHILDREN n lettting them go, they were KEEPING THEM THERE. Metal detection n checkpoints r everywhere in the world, but u pass and go thru then go on with your day. they were just keeping them there to the point where they had to start their lessons on the street! that is ridiculous! these r normal kids n teachers going to school, who ver ordered this nonsense is the idiot butthole

if this makes you angry at Israel, you are truly BLIND.... The soldiers were only told to check them for metals such as knives, guns, sharps metals, anything that can serve as weapon, in order to keep them from being able to hurt other people. The man who gave the order probably did it because the children were hitting each over or they were hitting the soldiers. IDF has no intention to risk, or give the soldiers useless orders.

@jimjim2able there are many schools and university which the students have to go through metal detectors.
in israel, almost every public building (train stations, malls, governmental offices) there is a metal detector.
so i dont see this as "degrading", i go through this daily. it is not humiliating in any way. it's one of those things that only those who want to get offended, get offended.
