@lamarr912 where i was at we cooked wraps nachos fried rice and all chineese food all kinds of stuff. but what you can cook depends on what prison you are at cause all prisons have different commissary lists

actually she's right, if not microwave, then a stinger( i 'd rather use a microwave) i've seen some crazy cooking in the microwave:. fried chicken, nachos, fried rice, tacos, hot tamales, and shit load more. it really all depends on what kind of prison and where you are at. Most of your minimun security or low secuirty prisons are more likely to have microwaves(Federal) then your medium-high-maximum security prisons(obviously for security reasons). also keep in mind Prisons not county jails

The title of the video is how to cook in prison. Expert village, please name a single part of the video where she gives information on how to cook in prison. Your videos (all expertvillage videos) are sadly un-informative. At one point, the "expert" actually says she finds it amazing that people lay out feasts,"somehow or another". So the video basically says, people in prison cook alot with a microwave but, even though it is an instructional video, the instructor does not know how its done.
