Did you need to secure the tripod to keep it steady, or was it fine just placed across the seats? Id really like to try this out.

I actually placed the legs on the floor, right behind the front seats. No seat belts were needed but I did hold it down with my hand just in case. It would have been just fine without me holding it down though. Try it!
