This shouldn't be the #1 video when i google "hang squat clean. Her form is not good, those dumbbells are going down way too early."

She is dropping them down before getting to the top of the squat...these are not squat cleans.

Hey, she probably has poor technique because she is a beginner, got to give her props though, she executed those like a champ.
