Neither of those things have any thing to do with job performance.
Chris rock ounce told a joke about people in his neighborhood, he mentioned Jay z, Mary J. Blage, and Eddie Murphy were the only black people in his neighborhood but the white people were just dentists and real estate agents and i quote...

Socialism does not work. People are lazy, the only reason why you cant succeed in capitalism is because you dont work hard enough. Get over yourselves.

A great jack Johnson song states.: some people have next to nothing yet always have some to give, some people have everything but don't share. The former:secure, content, happy, good. The latter: unhappy, insecure, bad. It comes down to socialization. How does your society train you to think?

This is a comedy video,America is not a good capitalist country like it should be.Look at your paycheck stub.Your money is gone before you see it and then everything you buy has hidden taxes and lawyer fees attached to it. Allot of lawmakers are lawyers and they write the laws to get what you are making,it is communism slurping up the capitalism.
