ehhh... I love that song, but live it sucked so badly!! honestly can't you hear that he is not able to sing it right? and he looks kind of stoned maybe that's why it sucks!!

i have played with many effect pedals in my life of music and the predominant effects I am am hearing are Delay and Flange....they can produce all those sounds with a turn of the dial.
