Big Daddy's Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients (15 medium sized cookies):

1 1/4 cup of Flour
1 stick of butter (125gms)
1/4 cup of White sugar
3/4 cup of Brown Sugar
1/2 tea spoon of Baking Soda
2 tea spoon of vanilla extract
2 eggs
200 gms dark chocolate

and remember, NEVER trust a skinny chef!

  • @MissBlueWhisper hey glad you like them and sorry your mum cant enjoy them like you! but be nice and make them when she is not around... they smell too good, and its just not fair to smell the cookies and not be able to have one :)

  • @cristina20911 no, no need! there is enough butter in the dough. plus when you use wax-paper, nothing will stick.

  • @reidenn1 you may have over worked your dough causing the gluten to make your dough bread like and somewhat spongy! if you mix your dough you do not incorporate air in it, and it does not get all puffy and bread like. let me know how it turn out.

  • When i took the cookies out of the oven.. The looked like bread...please,help!

  • did you use mergurine on the tray?
