I took apart a 2003 Mini Cooper CVT (ZF) because I was frustrated that no one could fix one of these without costing an arm and a leg and I needed to know what in the world was so complicated about it. Well, it was complicated but I managed to put it back together. I got a new belt because the old one broke. The belt itself cost around $700. But after I put it back together, it just didn't drive as smooth as I had hoped. But nonetheless, it was good enough for my daily commute. The video shows a great milestone where I completed installing the new belt.
