@kennya90j WHAT? Why the fuck should i learn german just to return a phone?? I contacted the USA office and within a week my phone was replaced! YES i bought it from ebay but place of purchase is regardless mate, the warranty is implied on the product NOT the product and place of purchase. When i told the american office of the service i received they were shocked! But shouldve guess it would be like that with the jerrys tbh.

What this test needs, was for the guys to call the sonim phone with aother cellphone, then press answer on the sonim and leave it on - then we could have heard the blast through the other phone! Now that would have been nice.

DO NOT EXPECT THEM TO BACK UP the 3 Year guarantee, i have a broken 13month old sonim that they wont respond to. No email and even their phoneline is an answer machine that they never return calls to.
