Not quite. The Hyper Mega Bazooka Launcher is an upgrade of the one used by the Hyaku Shiki. When boosted by being powered by the Ra Cailum's reactor, it is capable of destroying a fragment of Axis. Not the entire base by a long shot. The Twin Buster Rifle and the Satellite Cannon are capable of destroying colonies on their own without an entire battleship to power them, although they have their own limitations (repeated TBR fire destroying the suit, and LOS of the Moon respectively).

@alchoholicsementhful In 0:21 it shows in the description that Hi-Nu is using a beam cannon shooting it out of his shield. I don't see the cannon in my MG model is it supposed to replace the mini missle's that were attached in Nu gundams shield? If it is doesn't Hi-Nu already have a beam rifle?
