  • Yes we agree that the best way is by food. One problem though is that we have less magnesium and other minerals in our food than we did 30 years ago.

  • Can your body become to have to much magnesium in your body from taking this product(overdose)over along period of time??

  • $14000 in 4 hospital bills for gas building up in my stomach to where I cant breath from gastritis.

They could not do anything! So I quite coffee which helped but not much then I started to drink pure cocco for my caffeine fix and I felt way better, just took two magnesium pills today and I feel like a god!

Hey thanks Magnesium does help just about every vitamin and mineral help me.

I think I have a zinc copper imbalance, last time I got checked copper was supper high.

  • @MTHKITEBOARDS

You are probably aware that chocolate / cocoa is rich in magnesium. $14,000 what a racket, still now you know. If you feel seek check your diet, it is nearly always the problem, and it is way cheaper. Most people think they can't afford to eat organic food. When you look at the price of medicine, maybe its not so expensive!

Keep researching, there is a lot we are not told. Pro biotics are a common remedy for bloating. For a quick remedy you can use acidophilus. But it is best to get the good bacteria from diet. Raw milk (grass fed unpasteurised), live yoghurt, home made sauerkraut (or home made pickle, shop bought pickles are pasteurised, which kills the bacteria).

  • @MTHKITEBOARDS That's great to hear, what supplement do you use, i.e., magnesium citrate, oxide etc

  • hey thanks i have taking vitamin c with no help and subginle how ever u say vitamin b12 which has helped.

now im taking a high quality iron pill with vitamin c folic acid and b 12 almost feel like it just went away. I think its the iron I just keep getting better and better.

everything else in that pill is no higher than the multivitamin I was taking, but the multivitamin didnt have iron. I feel that the iron is giving me more acid in my stomach and it feels good.

  • @MTHKITEBOARDS so, please, also take Vitamine C (this helps with gastritis, just google!), B12 (if you have too little B12 then your stomach-door opens) and - if your nutrition is not transported correctly within the intestines (this can also lead to gases that appear as gastritis) you drink small amounts of CALMUS-Tee. Maybe you have an gluten-fructosis-lactosis-problem - this also leads to gastritis; but you can fix all this without any phamacol. stuff or with operation!

  • interesting :) and vitamin b complex is important to absorb magnesium

  • The best way to absorb minerals and vitamins are from food. Second best is supplements. Seeds and nuts are rich in magnesium, popcorn ( the fresh kind, not the sugar coated butter saturated type) also provides a good dose.

Natural sources are more bio-available and come with other substances that promote absorption by the body.

Cramps, High Blood pressure, bone loss can all be caused by low magnesium.
