Love this stuff so far, the mention of putanjali (prob spelt that wrong) and the yoga sutras, i read that book a while ago and it was highly enlightening.

While listening, the analogy that came to me was "erosion vs. eruption"

I find it when I'm empty and receiving the world around me without judgement, not needing anything but acting without arrogance I completely at peace...

As soon as I try to explain emptiness to somebody it disrupts the peace, because you cannot explain it, it's too simple, like trying to describe wind. You must be an excellent teacher...
