@jamesduty92 it wont work , they hang up .... you keep telemarketers going by feeding them slow dribbles of almost sounding right information...but of course make it all bullshit....ie .. name "harrison ford" ,date of birth,"12" don t get too silly or they hang up if u act just mental enough u can keep it going for ages....I told one once to hold on a sec my dog wants something...then had a conversation with my widdly pupply wupply for 2 minutes while telemarketer listened lol.

@sukumvit he's right, if you don't have a wait time for customer service, then you're that means someone is sitting there doing nothing, which is inefficent and unsustainable. Every bit counts, and it countries like Australia you have to be as efficent as possible, or jobs just go over seas.
