Sabra Dipping Company, the country's leading hummus manufacturer, announced today that it will hit the road with an experiential tour designed to give Sabra fans and new friends a taste adventure. Featuring the country's favorite hummus, Sabra's tour will also showcase new product lines being introduced during spring and summer.

"Whether through social media, in store or on the road with the tour, we genuinely love interacting with our fans and introducing Sabra's tastes of the world to people who are unfamiliar with hummus or other fresh dips," said Mina Penna, Senior Brand Manager for Sabra. "What began as a one-market tasting experience several years ago has grown into a nation-wide adventure! We love sharing the delicious flavors of Sabra and welcoming new Sabra enthusiasts."

In 2011, leveraging the astounding and growing popularity of gourmet food trucks in major cities nationwide, Sabra will expand its tour with the addition of Sabra food trucks, delivering Sabra samples to people where they work, live and play. The Sabra Taste Adventure trucks are distributing 2oz cups of Sabra hummus alongside an array of fresh topping choices including Roasted Garlic, Sun Dried Tomato, Roasted Red Pepper and Roasted Pine Nuts. The vividly branded Sabra trucks are active Wednesday through Sunday each week and fans can follow @sabra on Twitter for information about the trucks schedules. Each truck also updates its location through a Foursquare account dedicated to that tour. In addition, a Facebook tab at www.facebook.com/sabra tracks the trucks location and showcases fan photos.

Sabra will be visiting markets including Miami, Orlando, Tampa, Atlanta, New York, Philadelphia, DC, Boston, Hartford, San Diego, Los Angeles, Chicago, Detroit, Dallas, Houston, Seattle, Portland, San Francisco and Denver. The first truck launched in March and the tour will end in December.
