The feelings and thoughts are intrusive until a person believes it is there own true desires and they believe they cant change, its true a person can receive the feelings from birth but its a choice to remove it completely instead of treating it by suppressing it and not getting at the root of it, which causes all the problems with therapys that dont work. The thing that worked for me and my friend is deliverance its a one day thing and homosexuality is cast out in jesus name.
