It's set in 1950s Japan, but with an alternate history: In WW2 it was nazi Germany, not USA, that nuked & afterwards occupied Japan, and therefore there's a strong German influence in Japanese society in this alternate world. The dudes in armor with machine guns are a special police force that fight against anti-government guerillas. The main character of the movie is one of them. I like watching AMVs and use to make them myself. This is by far one of the best AMVs I've seen on youtube. Excellent editing and really awesome choice of sound track. Good job.

damn killed that girl 3 times, the first 2 were brutal and yet she still comes at him. I blame the people for trying to stand against the special police force, its their fault they got shot and clubbed to death
