At 4:05, after he says "QUIET," it seems like his dog says "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO" in a screeching dog voice.

Hello Mr. Burch

For the eighth amendment you should of put up eight fingers, 5 on your left hand, and 3 on your right and actually the three on your right are your middle finger, ring finger, and index pointing finger. Now use your right hand as a claw and scratch the top of your left hand. Came up with that in a few seconds :)

Now thanks to our terrible dictator or wait i can't say that any more have to say wonderful. Well either way thanks to Obama we now don't have the rights he just read we have the last 3 maybe 4 only. That's illegal impeach this fucker

@Kronicilln3ss great factual based answer. I agree that there needs to be debate between security and freedom, habeaus corpus and where that line is drawn. But using such incendiary language probably odes not do much to elevate the debate. In comparison, Bush probably supported more restrictions on freedom than Obama but it may be close. Ill wait for the impeachable offense that you alluded to.

Love all your videos...but I think it's important to note that during the era of the Revolution a 'militia' was the exact opposite of a state-controlled army- it was just a group of ordinary citizens- so if anything I think the implication of the 2nd amendment was that the citizens were to be as well armed as the government itself...

@isavedlatin1
I am in agreement with you. This becomes "the rub" when discussing direct interpretation vs intentions and a more broad understanding of the text. If the ? is whether or not we should have citizens militias patrolling around vs relying on the national guard /police / state cops / etc / to protect us, I would love a debate. But I think that is not what many NRA supporters claim lay to when discussing the second amendment. Im not sure I am any closer to the truth by the way, lol

Unfortunately these things are not taught in school, and the organizations that are supposedly around to help promote civil rights (like the ACLU) are politically driven and intellectually dishonest. How does the ACLU count to ten? 1-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10!

I would disagree politely. And please rest assured they are taught in my classroom. I would assure you that I spend as much time as the "bear arms" part as I do the "necessary militia" part.
