Relics recovered from 1820s to early 1900s period include a cannon ball, Civil War bullets, military buttons, percussion caps and a metal type setting block with the design of Oklahoma's first flag.

  • That's a nice video and a sweet site you found. One thought: the ball you found lodged in that piece of wood? I would have kept it in the wood and left the ball in there. It is kind of rare to find something still remaining that was hit by a historic ammo piece.

  • There's a clay jar buried 6ft deep sealed with red wax. Inside are 2 items. John W. Booth "Diary"

    and a " Jeweled Dagger" made out of 3 gems within its handle. At the end of the Daggers handle there is a red diamond and in the cross handle are to blue/green gems. The blade of this dagger use to be a spear. Specifically the Spear of Destiny. The vatican gave it to Him. Booth gave both items to Elizabeth Quesenberry- she had them hid. Problem is its owned by catholics. Understand the headaches?
