Kansas Speedway Under The Lights Ride Along 3 Laps

ON the Evening of June, 18 2011, Kansas Speedway opened their track to allow you to take your own personal Vehicle onto the Track for 3 laps under the lights at Night with a $50 Donation to the American Red Cross to help the Joplin Tornado Victims. This is also the first time ever that the Kansas Speedway has hosted a event under their new lights.

I took my Chevy Venture Van for 3 laps around this circuit and had it recorded by a passenger as it would be dumb to drive and record at the same time. I drove around the various lines around the Track so you would get an Idea on how the different race lines looked at night.

Kansas Speedway is the flattest 1.5 Tri-oval track in NASCAR at 15 degrees of Banking in the corner. I can't even imagine driving my own car at Talladaga Superspeedway and only being restricted to 60-65 MPH with their 34 degree of Banking when 15 Degrees pulls my down enough.
