@xtremekid789 You can try to click the colour link on the personalize window. I heard Windows 7 Home Basic does not have Aero theme colours. You can also try doing a "repair install of Windows 7" which means you just reupgrade Windows 7, but make sure you have your serial-key for windows 7 before you do a repair install. I also heard if your computer is too slow or does not have a good video card. You are stuck with the basic theme since your PC is too slow to run Windows 7 aeroglass colours.
