If you see David Newman's work at http://flickr.com/dnsf you'll see some really great portraits he's made of people around the world. Most of his recent work has been done on the iPad. He was sitting next to me in the Google IO event and his working style caught my eye so when I met him later I wanted to find out how he worked. You can follow David on Twitter http://twitter.com/dnsf

This is where Courier *could* have excelled. It had so much potential in this area.
Maybe Wacom could come out with something similar, their resolution, accuracy, stylus and pressure sensitivity technology are fantastic.
Then again, I suppose an iPad is a step in the right direction from a nintendo DS, which alot of people use as a portable digi-sketckbook!
