Ha! I was there for that performance. Was nice hearing it again. I enjoy her playing :D Do you perhaps have the silly play with the children students on video? I would /love/ to see that again.

I don't want to say any names on a public forum, but are you the sister of a certain instructer at the school? I only ask because of the "Roberts"

Anyway, yeah, I have video of just about every performance from Malee's School in the past 3 years or so, including tournaments.

I will try to post it, but I am going away for a couple of weeks. If I don't have time tommorrow, it wont be until March that I can put it up.

Geez, everyones a critic. I posted it cause I thought it sounded beautiful and is an amazing peice. Also, Lillian is a friend. If you can do better, then God bless you, but no need to be nasty about it.

think she did pretty well. nobody's zhan tai feng is flawless... and there would be slight differences everyone's interpretation. let's just put more emphasis on enjoying the music that's avail.

Yeah, I think that anyone who says she's not good needs to play it themselves and repost it. Words don't say as much as actions. I think this girl did a fine job and there is no need to be so critical. See, the beauty in music, is that it doesn't even have to be perfect to be beautiful :)

@alovak456 if you look real close you'll see an "or" in between guzheng and chinese zither and the reason being for that is some may know it as guzheng and other may know it as chinese zither

@alovak456 If you speak English, it is called a Chinese zither. Zither is a "table-harp." A guzheng, koto, dan tranh are zithers.
