What a GREAT montage! They WERE a great movie couple, weren't they? Great chemistry can only come from great actors or good friends, and they were probably both! Too bad most people will never watch a black & white AND a silent movie...They read B&W books with no pictures....WHAT is the difference? Lack of imagination?

What a lovely tribute. For me they'll always be "Chico and Diane"--(from Seventh Heaven)--truly they were magic together.

My Dad was named after Charles Farrell and I was named after him. Even though our last name is Ferrell

I'm not a stranger to Janet Gaynor - I saw her many times starring in old movies during the early days of TV. Charles Farrell's face struck a chord of familiarity, but I could place him until I realized he was the same Charles Farrell who played Vernon Albright, Gale Storm's dad, on countless episodes of My Little Margie in the 50's. Good Find, Bubblewrap1988, and thanks for posting this.

at 1:37 and a few seconds further, she has an expression that is very similar to that of Audrey Tatou's Amélie. don't you think? :) truly inspiring to watch this. Sunshine is one of the absolutely greatest movies I've ever seen. it's not "touchy", it's just like it's really happening for real when you watch it. name one movie that does the same to you!

Where is this song from? My mind is drawing a blank and I know it is on the tip of my tongue. Great video btw.

It's the theme from The Cider House Rules- but I know they've re-used it in a few movie trailers over the years too. Thanks for watching!
